One day training on performance management system, promotion, posting, transfer and secondment within the Local Government Service has been organised for staff on Tuesday 1st December 2020 at Municipal Assembly hall.
The aim is to bridge the capacity gap and ensure that the protocols of the service are being adhered to.
Staff were taking through the procedures involved in performance management processes, importance of performance management system, procedures for promotion, methods of promotion, procedures for postings, rewards and benefits in respect of postings.
Other areas covered were transfer and secondment.
The facilitator for the training was the Western North regional HRM, Seth Sarkordie Adomako.
