The meeting started at 11:10 am on August 15, 2024. The meeting was chaired by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Paul Andoh, assisted by the Municipal Coordinating Director and the Municipal Finance Officer. The meeting focused on the welfare of staff, reporting or communication channels, and the submission of validation and appraisal reports. There was an open forum for the staff to air their views and propose solutions to their issues. The meeting came to a close at 1:56pm.
