The Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) meeting was held on Thursday, 16th April 2026, at the Assembly Hall. The meeting brought together heads of departments and units to review ongoing activities and support the preparation of the Municipal progress report.
During the session, staff were given the opportunity to present their departmental reports either in written form or through oral presentations. This approach ensured that all relevant updates, achievements, and challenges from various departments were captured comprehensively.
The contributions from departments will serve as key inputs for the compilation of the Municipal progress report, aimed at assessing performance and guiding planning and decision-making.
