As part of the effort to improve Public Financial Management(PFM) at the sub national level in the line with best and acceptable practices, the 2016 edition of the Composite budget manual for the MMDAs has been reviewed with the support of GIZ.
On Wednesday, 24th August 2022 the western north RCC in collaboration with the GIZ organised a training workshop on the revised composite budget manual for the budget committee members of the bibiani anhwiaso bekwai municipal assembly
The objective of the workshop is to train officers on the manual and equip them with the requisite tools and knowledge as members of the Budget committees.
