THE SECOND ORDINARY MEETING OF THE THIRD SESSION HELD

As mandated by Local Government Act, the Bibiani-Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Assembly on Tuesday 30^th and Wednesday 31^st August 2022 held the second ordinary meeting of the third session to transact the under listed Businesses:

Day 1:

1. Reading, Corrections and adoption of minutes of the previous meeting
2. Sessional Address by the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive
3. Presentation of revenue and expenditure performance for 2020-2022
4. Ratification of the fee fixing resolution, composite budget and annual action plan for 2022
5. Presentation of the executive committee’s report by the MCE

Day 2:

1. Opening Remarks by presiding member
2. Discussions on the sessional address of MCE and the Executive Committee report.
3. Brief of the house by the invited Heads of Departments and institutions(Department of feeder roads, Minerals Commission and the three mining companies in the municipality)
